1. Eligibility. WARCRAFTCINEMA.COM (collectively referred to herein as "SPONSOR") IS THE SPONSOR OF THIS CONTEST. THIS CONTEST IS OPEN ONLY TO RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (EXCLUDING THE STATES OF FLORIDA AND RHODE ISLAND) WHICH ARE THIRTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER ON THE DATE REFERENCED BELOW AS THE START DATE FOR THE CONTEST ("ENTRANTS"). IF YOU ARE NOT A RESIDENT OF THESE AREAS AND/OR YOU ARE NOT THIRTEEN YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE. RESIDENTS OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES AS DEFINED IN THE WARCRAFTCINEMA.COM EUROPEAN RULES ARE ALSO OPEN TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. If you are under the legal age of majority in your state of residence (a "Minor"), one of your parents or legal guardians must submit a signed, written statement that they have read, understood and agree to these Contest rules with your entry, and that such agreement constitutes acceptance of these Contest rules on behalf of you and themselves. To be eligible to win a prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the format designated below. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor, its parent, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. Limit one entry per household. In the event of any dispute, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from the Azzor.com user account from which the entry was submitted.

2. Disclaimer. Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

3. Contest Period. The Contest shall commence on 11:59 AM CST June 28, 2006, and shall continue in duration until 12:00 PM CST July 31st, 2006 (the "Deadline"). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be eligible to win a prize.

4. Prizes. A total of fifty six (56) prizes will be awarded at the end of the contest. Ten (10) qualified entrants will be chosen to win prizes.

5. How to Enter. To enter, a qualified entrant will submit his entry via the web submission form, detailing information asked for on said form.

Each submission shall be submitted in the following formats only: ".wmv", ".avi", ".mpg", ".mpeg", ".qt," or ".mov" format, and the file shall not exceed 100Mb in size. All lyrics that may be incorporated into the Movie shall be in the English language, and shall not feature explicit or obscene language. Any and all music featured in the Movie must either be the entrant's original musical composition and performance or music from the Blizzard's World of Warcraft product or have written permission from the creator of the music.

6. Contest Rules. Sponsor shall choose the winners from all entrants who have submitted an entry prior to the Deadline. Sponsor will not accept any entrants of movies that have been released publicly prior to this competition. Winners shall be chosen by Sponsor at its sole discretion based upon which entrants display the most original, authentic and/or funny artistic expression that is based on the Blizzard Products and based on the contest categories. The decision of Sponsor is final. Prizewinners will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days thereafter. To claim a prize, winners should follow the instructions contained in their notification.

7. Sponsor Use of Entries. You hereby agree that in consideration of your being allowed the chance to enter the Contest, you hereby grant WarcraftCinema.com, a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license and right to utilize the entry materials that you submit to Sponsor in connection with the Contest (collectively, "Entry Materials"). The Entry Materials will not be returned to any entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that Sponsor shall have the right to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display on all forms of media, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and noncommercially exploit the Entry Materials in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. You agree to take, at Sponsor's expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by Sponsor to effect, perfect or confirm Sponsor's rights as set forth above in this paragraph 7. You hereby agree to give the Sponsor an exclusive on all distribution of the movie up till a period of two weeks from the conclusion of the competition.

8. Original Work of Authorship. You hereby warrant and represent that (a) you own all rights to all Entry Materials submitted by you; and (b) all such Entry Materials are original works of authorship on your part and have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any other work and do not violate, misappropriate or infringe any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right of any other person or entity.

9. Collection of Information. The notification email to prize winners requires you to provide your name, e-mail address, and state of residence. Sponsor will not sell, rent or otherwise transfer this information to any third party, nor will Sponsor use this information for marketing purposes without your consent. As stated above, the contest is not open to Minors under the age of thirteen (13). In the event that you are under the age of thirteen (13) years and submit Entry Materials to Sponsor, Sponsor will delete, erase or destroy any and all personally identifiable information that is obtained from the Entry Materials.

10. General Release. By entering the Contest, you release Sponsor, participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

11. Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners will be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed Affidavit of Eligibility, which includes an acceptance of these Official Rules and a release of liability.

14. Miscellaneous. The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. By submitting your contest entry, you hereby grant to WarcraftCinema.com, a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license for the duration of the protection usually granted to authors by laws and convention on copyright to: display and reproduce the movie which is based upon characters, storylines, etc., owned and controlled by Warcraft Cinema, which you are submitting to Warcraft Cinema in association with Warcraft Cinema's contest on its websites ("Licensed Materials"), including, but not limited to www.warcraftcinema.com, for commercial, business, and trade purposes, as well as for advertising and/or publicity purposes. Additionally, you hereby agree and acknowledge that Warcraft Cinema may, in its sole discretion, display the Licensed Material, in whole or in part, distorted in character or form, on the Website.

VOTING PROCESS

The vote to select winners will take place on WarcraftCinema.com. Voting can be accessed by creating a free Azzor account. Starting Tuesday, August 1st, 2006, one finalist video will be released each day for 10 days. Visitors will be able to vote on the finalists. The final rankings will be based 50% on the public's rankings, and 50% of WarcraftCinema's staff rankings of the entries.

WARCRAFT CINEMA AZEROTH AD CONTEST EUROPEAN RULES

Article 1: Warcraftcinema.com herein referred to as the “Sponsor” are organizing a competition on the following website: www.warcraftcinema.com, from the 28th June 2006 to the 31st July 2006 (included).

Article 2: The competition is opened to anyone aged 15 or more residing in France, in Belgium, in the United Kingdom or in Luxemburg, or anyone aged 18 or more residing in Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway, or in Ireland, except WarcraftCinema.com personnel and their family, affiliates or business partners. The contest is also be co-organized in the United States (see above for US rules.)

Article 3: Entrants automatically accept the terms of this competition.

Article 8: Aim of the competition
The aim of the competition is to produce movies using the Blizzard Entertainment® MMORPG World of Warcraft game engine to create imaginative commercials around World of Warcraft themes. WarcraftCinema will nominate ten finalists based on showing creativity and originality by combining lighting, landscape, scenery, impressive camera angles, storytelling and direction for the movie contest.

Article 10: The winners will be warned within 14 working days. Only one entry per household will be accepted (same name, same address).

Article 11: Resale of the prize is forbidden. No exchange of the prize worth against money, another prize, object or service different from a prize eventually won by an entrant will be accepted.

Article 12: The details of each entrant (name, address and e-mail address) will be collected by the Sponsor at the time of each entrants submission on the contest website. The data will be collected according to the « Informatique et Libertés» law, of the 6th of January 1978 and its later amendments, and according to the European directive number 95/46/CE.

Each entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use the information he is providing within the framework set by the« Informatique et Libertés» law of the 6th of January 1978. Each entrant benefits from the right to access and modify his personal data.

Article 13: In case of litigation, only tribunals in the country of physical residence of the head office of the organizing company will have jurisdiction.

Article 14: Responsibility In case of circumstances outside the Sponsor’s control, in a fortuitous case, or under exceptional circumstances (fire, flood, natural disaster, malevolent intrusion in the IT system, strike, jeopardize of the financial and technical viability of the competition etc.), even in the case of its own responsibility (subject to its good faith), the Sponsor retains the right to cancel the whole or part of the competition. The present competition will be cancelled in case circumstances outside the Sponsor’s control, without the entrants or winners being able to claim any form of compensation. The Sponsor retains the right to exclude entry to the present competition any individual having cheated, deceived, faked or disturbed the operations stated in this terms. A winner having disturbed the competition in any of the ways described in the present terms will be rightfully denied the right to claim any prize.
